JESS’S EXPERTISE

With over a thousand Human Design sessions to date, Jess works with clients across the world ranging in age from six to eighty-six. Known for making complex ideas clear and practical, she has led both virtual and in-person Human Design workshops and events. Jess blends insights from Human Design, leadership coaching, psychology, and somatic practices to guide clients—from individuals to business teams—into greater clarity, and alignment with how they live and work.

Jess’s foundation is in education, coaching, and consulting. A natural listener, she has always been drawn to people’s stories, and brings deep curiosity and insight to every conversation. Jess has the keen ability to help people see when their current patterns—at work, in relationships, or in life—aren’t aligned with the vision they hold. When it’s clear what’s not working, the path forward becomes simpler. As an avid lover of learning, Jess is currently studying the Gene Keys and the ways our beliefs shape our reality.
