For as long as I can remember I’ve been curious about people’s stories. I’ve experienced how asking questions and listening has the power to change the way we see the world. This belief was central in my teaching when I was working with young children and remains transformative in my coaching practice with clients.

As a child I loved taking “mind vacations” and had a playful imagination. It wasn’t until a few years ago when I learned I was highly sensitive that I suddenly realized my “mind vacations” were a way of turning down the volume on my sensitivity. This helped me cope and move through the world when I was a child, but wasn’t serving me anymore. Disconnecting from my sensitivity also meant I had severed the connection with my inner knowing and power. What if I wasn’t truly an “indecisive” person and there were ways to reconnect to the wisdom in my body?

This epiphany brought beautiful synchronicities into my life. One was Human Design and it supported me in seeing my sensitivity as a superpower. It also helped me explore where my energy was getting stuck by forcing myself to operate in a way that wasn’t natural to me. Another life-altering practice was being more present in my body through somatic and nervous system work. This helped me tune into the sensation of what a yes or a no felt like. Listening to my inner wisdom has ignited new beginnings, clearer boundaries, and a deeper trust in the flow of life.
